HOW CAN YOU BE CONTACTED?

HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours.  However, there are circumstances where it may take longer (item out of stock, out of town, computer down, item handmade by artist)

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped First Class via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Free Shipping on most items.  There is an additional charge for Express, Priority, or International shipping.

IS TAX ADDED TO THE COST OF THE ORDER?

Tax is not added to the cost of the order unless the order is from a Virginia address, in which case, sales tax is added.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover credit cards, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Personal Checks in the amount of purchase only.  Credit cards are charged at time of shipment.  Orders paid with Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks are shipped once payment has cleared the banking process.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 30-day return policy, satisfaction guaranteed.  Refunds will be issued according to payment used and will be returned once items are received.  Return shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICES?

We are a retail business and do not offer wholesale prices.  If you are interested in ordering large quantities, please contact us via one of the methods above and we may be able to offer a discount.
